Labyrinth.io is an exhilarating multiplayer-only, IO-style game where players can become be either ancient Greek peasants trying to escape the legendary Labyrinth or the fearsome Minotaur hunting them down. Navigate the twisting corridors, collect gold coins, and uncover the secrets of the Labyrinth in this async adventure!

Story

In a land steeped in myth, the fabled Labyrinth awaits. As a peasant, your only goal is to escape the clutches of the Minotaur while gathering as much gold as you can. As the Minotaur, your mission is to track down those who dare to venture into your domain. With every twist and turn, the Labyrinth reshapes itself, making each game a unique challenge. Will you outsmart the beast and escape with your treasures, or will you become another lost soul in the maze?

Gameplay Features

• Dynamic Labyrinth Generation: Each game features a randomly generated Labyrinth, ensuring no two escapes are ever the same. Adapt your strategy with every twist and turn.
• Peasant vs. Minotaur: Play as either a peasant in third-person perspective, sneaking through the shadows, or as the Minotaur in top-down view, hunting down your prey with deadly precision.
• Gold Coin Collection: Gather gold coins scattered throughout the Labyrinth. Not only will they demonstrate your cunning, but they also contribute to your final score, making you the wealthiest player in the game.
• Secret Level Discovery: Unlock a hidden level that promises greater challenges and rewards for the cleverest of players.
• Asynchronous Multiplayer: Engage in thrilling matches with friends or players from around the world. Compete for the highest score while evading capture or hunting down fleeing peasants.

Controls

• Peasants (Third-Person):
  • WASD/Arrow Keys: Move your character through the Labyrinth.
  • Touch the Gold coins to collect them and the stairs to win the level.
• Minotaur (Top-Down):
  • WASD/Arrow Keys: Move the Minotaur through the Labyrinth.
  • Touch the Peasants to catch them.
